§1 General provisions

  1. Online store available at www.numiargentum.com is run by:

  2. The Regulations define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, and the complaints and returns procedure.

  3. The store sells silver coins, collector coins and precious metals.

  4. The Regulations are available free of charge on the Store's website.

§2 Definitions

  • Seller – the entity running the numiargentum.com store

  • Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit making a purchase

  • Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to business activity

  • Goods – products offered in the store

  • Distance contract – a contract concluded without the physical presence of the parties

§3 Terms of use of the store

  1. To use the store you need:

    • a device with Internet access,

    • web browser,

    • active email address.

  2. It is prohibited to provide illegal content.

§4 Placing orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the website.

  2. Orders are placed by:

    • adding a product to the cart,

    • completing the order form,

    • acceptance of the regulations,

    • order confirmation.

  3. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of acceptance of the order by the Seller.

  4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process the order in the event of:

    • pricing errors resulting from system failures,

    • failure to pay on time,

    • providing false data.

§5 Prices and payments

  1. All prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT (where applicable).

  2. The price of silver investment coins may depend on the current market price of silver.

  3. Available payment methods:

    • bank transfer,

    • fast online payments,

    • payment on delivery (if available).

  4. For products linked to the market price of precious metals, the price is locked in at the time of order placement.

§6 Delivery

  1. Deliveries are made within Poland and (optionally) the EU.

  2. Order processing time is from 1 to 14 business days.

  3. Delivery costs are indicated when placing the order.

  4. The risk of loss of the goods passes to the Consumer upon receipt.

§7 Right of withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, except in cases specified in the Act.

  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the event of:

    • products whose price depends on financial market fluctuations (e.g. silver investment coins, bullion),

    • personalized products.

  3. Detailed return rules are specified in a separate Returns Policy available on the store's website.

§8 Complaints

  1. The seller is responsible for the compliance of the goods with the contract in accordance with applicable regulations.

  2. Complaints should be submitted via email.

  3. The seller will consider the complaint within 14 days.

  4. For coins:

    • natural patina,

    • mint micro-scratches,

    • minor differences resulting from the production process
      do not constitute a product defect.

§9 Personal data protection

  1. The administrator of personal data is the Seller.

  2. The data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders.

  3. Detailed rules for data processing are specified in the Privacy Policy.

§10 Liability

  1. The Seller is not responsible for:

    • interruptions in store operations caused by force majeure,

    • fluctuations in precious metal prices after the conclusion of the contract.

§11 Final provisions

  1. The regulations are subject to Polish law.

  2. Disputes will be resolved by the appropriate common court.

  3. The Seller may change the regulations for important legal or organizational reasons.
